Q: How does the simulator work?
A: We set up a high-end golf simulator at your wedding venue. Guests take turns playing on a virtual golf course with real clubs and balls, competing in exciting challenges.
Q: What types of games can guests play?
A: We offer multiple game modes, including:
✔ Closest to the Pin – Who can hit the ball closest to the hole?
✔ Longest Drive – Who can smash the ball the farthest?
✔ $10,000 Hole-in-One Challenge – Guests can take a shot at winning big!
Q: How long does it take to set up?
A: Our team arrives well before your event to handle all setup and calibration. We need about 1.5 hours for setup and 30-45 minutes for teardown.

Q: How much does it cost?
A: Our pricing is designed to be simple and flexible:
Base Package: $500 per hour (3-hour minimum)
$10,000 Prize - Hole-in-One Challenge Add-On: $2 per shot
All-Inclusive Package: Add unlimited grand prize shots on 3 hr experience for $500
Q: Do I need to pay a deposit?
A: Yes, a $500 deposit is required to reserve your date.
Q: Are there any discounts?
A: Yes! We are offering a 20% discount for the first 10 Charlotte Area bookings.

🏨 Venue & Setup
Q: Does my venue need anything special for the setup?
A: The simulator requires a 10 ft wide by 12 ft deep area with 9 ft ceilings. Ideally, the size would be at least 14 ft wide x 18 ft deep with a 12 ft ceiling height for optimal gameplay and to accommodate all golfers. It must also be placed on a flat indoor surface.
Q: Can this be set up outdoors?
A: At this time, our golf simulator is designed for indoor use to ensure accuracy and a premium experience. Please contact us if this is not feasible.
Q: Do you provide staff to run the simulator?
A: Yes! A professional host will be present throughout your event to guide guests and keep the fun going.
